Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or new releases), processing times may be slightly extended — we'll always communicate any delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship exclusively within the United States via USPS.

- Calculated shipping rates apply to orders under $35.00 — your exact rate will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery windows vary by USPS service selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Order Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with USPS to resolve the issue.
